Q - Is everything made by you?

A - Yes! Absolutely everything I sell is made with love by me, Sophie, from start to finish. Some pieces are Original and one of a kind, while others have prints available. These will be listed for you to see in the product descriptions.

Q - How long will it take to receive my order?

A - Each product has a specified shipping time. For any original art work, I aim to post within two days.

Any prints are made to order and so may take a while longer to arrive. Once I have received your order from the printers and checked it over I will ship it straight out. Any delays in this process will be communicated to you.

Any custom made painting or commission will naturally take longer (especially during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas) but this can be discussed. I will be in touch and only send once both parties are happy for me to do so.

International shipping will add more time to any of the above but, as always, I will be in contact to let you know of any updates and expected delivery times.

Ultimately, I want to make sure every customer is going to love their new artwork as much as I love making it and want to get it to you as safely and as quickly as possible.

Q - Do you take commissions?

A - Yes! If you can't find what you are looking for please just get in touch via the contact form, email or social media to discuss your requirements..

Q - Do you do in-person sales?

A - Yes I occasionally do craft and art fairs. These will be updated on my social media platforms.

Q - Do you do any sales or offers?

A - Yes! - Sign up to my email list and get notified of any upcoming offers, deals and secret sales! I promise not to spam you!

Q - How will my item be packaged?

A - Wherever possible I try to use recycled or repurposed packaging, while still ensuring your product arrives with you safely.
